LDI RAFFLES: T1 VANISHING POINT SHIRT, 4X KATANA, T3 ENSORCEL
Step Right Up! Raffle Tickets are on sale at the Landing Defense Irregulars Barracks in Wehnimer's Landing, 3 west of TSC through a mithril postern gate (Lich users can ;go2 22462). There you will find a Framed Raffle Notice and three raffles on: an OAK TABLE, a FEL CRATE, and a CEDAR BOX.
Note that there are TWO TABLES here. The SMALL TABLE has refreshments. The OAK TABLE has raffle tickets.

As of the moment I am posting this message in the forums on Sunday, 12/13/2020, around 1:45pm ET, the following tickets had been sold: Shirt (5), Katana (4), T3 Ensorcel (7). So there are plenty of tickets left for sale at this time.
