MHO Structure E-mails! 08/17/2020 10:29 PM CDT

Attn MHOs - Structure Emails Went Out!

GM Xynwen is assisting me with MHOs and has reached out to 3 who are due structures. As our email list may be outdated, we wanted to also post here. Xynwen emailed the address we had on file and cc'd our contact's play.net email. Check your spam folders too please!

Hand of the Arkati - E-mail sent to Ragz
Order of the Shadow - E-mail sent to Cruxophim
Wyvern's Honor - E-mail sent to Raxl

If you received an email, please make sure you REPLY ALL and let us know. If for some reason you did not get an email, please reach out to gs4-mho@play.net and include the email you would like us to use. Also, if there is another officer you would like to designate as point person, please send that information, including their email, to gs4-mho@play.net

As mentioned in the post here (http://forums.play.net/forums/GemStone%20IV/Meeting%20Hall%20Organizations%20(MHOs)/Announcements/view/74) GM Xynwen has reached out to 3 MHOs regarding their structures. We have heard back from Order of the Shadow, but not the other two officers.

HAND OF THE ARKATI officers and WYVERN'S HONOR officers we are still waiting to hear from you.

As mentioned in the original post, emails were sent to the contacts we have on file: Ragz and Raxl. If another officer needs to reach out, that is fine. We can resend the original email with all the details to a different officer.

In order to keep these moving, we need to know the MHO is still interested in receiving their structure. An MHO officer from Hand of the Arkati and Wyvern's Honor needs to email gs4-mho@play.net by September 12, 2020 to confirm they are still interested in the structure.

Failure to do so will mean the MHO will not receive a structure.
