We are a bunch of guys wanna start a new house.

I get the RP to simulate one, but maybe it could be done otherwise, I'm explaining:

Many people play this game for RP and gather up, fine.

But we, my buddies and I, would be willing to have an house and hang together in our own way, we'd fool around and so on.

Would it be possible with, maybe, 20-30-40 signatures, to have such house ?
