[Fenog's Regulars, Arcane Study]
An elaborate library lines three walls of this room from floor to ceiling. A wooden ladder leaning against one of the bookshelves provides further access to the higher books. Sitting in one corner, accompanied by a crimson, high-backed leather chair, is an intricately carved lor writing desk covered with scrolls, open books, inks, and quills. Enormous gold-framed paintings fill the remaining walls. The scent of the leather bindings on the books intermingled with aged scotch fills the room. You also see an iron-bound door.

Jastalyn walks over to the chair and sits with a satisfying sigh. She pours herself a shot of Faendryl absinthe before pulling parchment and quill from the desk drawer. She taps the quill against her bottom lip for a moment in thought and pens the following communication,

"The Icemule Trace Town Council invites all persons skilled in casting wards who are interested in assisting in strengthening the town's defenses. Our next town meeting is scheduled for the 6th of Fashanos at 2 PM Elven in the Clovertooth Hall, Conference Room. Each participant is encouraged to bring their one best idea and will have a short time to present their idea to the council. There will be a signup sheet outside of Clovertooth Hall for those who wish to speak at the meeting."

Folding the parchment, she calls out to her runner with instructions, "Get this to every local hall and house, and then everyone else in town!"
