No CMAN or SHIELD instant migration? 05/23/2018 08:06 AM CDT

I was wondering if it is a bug that I cannot instantly migrate my CMAN and SHIELD skills.

According to the WIKI, " All Prime data is occasionally uploaded to the test server so that players can test an up-to-date version of their character(s), and instant skill migration is turned on so that characters, regardless of level or when they were generated, behave as though they are new characters in the first 30 days of existence. "

My SKILLS did migrate instantly but unfortunately these other points didn't. Any help?

The test server is great for trying out shield and cman skills, but it requires an extra step. To do instant migration, you have to untrain Cman or shield use. Once that takes effect (a few seconds), you will be prompted to select skills to unlearn. You unlearn then instantly. Unlearn whatever you want to trade in, then train cman or shield use back up. You can now learn the new shield or combat maneuvers you want.
