I just reactivated and am getting an error when I try to launch a game.

I go to the PlayNow page. Select one of my characters. Click goplay. A .sal file is downloaded. I have my browser (firefox) set to automatically open this type of file with wrayth (correct folder and all).

At that point wrayth tries to start and gives me the following error:


"Critical Error
Error loading skin from storm.skn "

I have storm.skn in the same folder as wrayth. No idea what's wrong. I also have downloaded stealth.skn but as I cannot launch wrayth I have no way to change the skin either.

Any help?

I will try to log in through the browser for now to check out my characters and the like. But for actual playing I'd like to use wrayth and lich.

You say you have firefox opening the .sal with Wrayth? Or do you have it opening with the Simutronics Launcher? https://www.play.net/playdotnet/play/launcher.asp Launcher should open the .sal and then it launches Wrayth.

If you have it doing that... What's the size and date on your storm.skn, maybe it's corrupt (mine is 7/13/2021 4:51; 9,091 KB)?
