StormFront not loading 02/13/2020 06:42 PM CST

Technically new player to GS4 (Played GS3 back in the aol/prodigy only days). Installed StormFront and tried to start the game. Selected StormFront on the site, clicked Go Play, asked to open a .sal file, clicked Open, and I get the critical error message: "Error loading skin from [storm.skn]. Won't open StormFront at all, so I can't select a new skin to get around this. Tried re-installing to no avail. Any suggestions?

I haven't heard of this happening in a long time so I'm going from old memories here...Hopefully someone has handled it more recently and will chime in.

Make sure you have a C: drive available. Stormfront uses that for some temp files, I think.

I seem to remember that Stormfront requires a computer restart after install.
