what is the official position on a length of banishment? is it permanent? or just for a certain length of time? I've been waiting a week in the referral line, at the end of it. Attempting to find this out.

I blew up the east tower a few to many times, on accident. In a six month period.

If this is in-game town banishment, you may be able to find your answer with the JUSTICE verb... specifically JUSTICE BANISH. I don't have any banished characters, so I'm not certain about this, and maybe you've already looked at it, but it's worth a try.
