Verb settings update 04/13/2022 09:00 AM CDT

Verbs that have options that can be SET (racial, cultural, citizenship, wedding, etc.) can now be used as styles. For example, PANIC TERAS would allow Teras Citizens to call the Teras panic verb option without needing to PANIC SET TERAS, PANIC, PANIC SET STANDARD.

Players can see what verbs they have available to use with SET using VERB SETTINGS, and see who they are bonded with by using VERB SPOUSE.

So ... speaking of panic.

Starting last night, I could not use GLANCE <person> without it defaulting to STERNLY. I have absolutely never set it to stern for a default, let alone wanted to use it. GLANCE a direction? It's stern, too. Glance at my runestick ... you guessed it. Sternly.

I guessed at a bunch of commands, and my Glance settings seem to be set for "Standard". But I see nothing that will simply let me glance at something/someone without invoking STERN, or specifying from a long list of styles that are ... all inappropriate, too.

What happened?!

Better yet, how can I fix it?
