attempts a major circle CS attack that causes the next action or spell (including maneuvers and open roll abils) to fail outright.

failure on the cs attack could open the player up to being even MORE vulnerable to the attack for 1 to 3 rounds.



This would be available to monks(just makes sense), wizards, bards, and sorcerers.
