There's only 1-2 or these in the game, but there is a druidic runestaff that has 3x/day 610 or 616. They broke after the Ranger Review, but should now be fixed again. In addition, they will use your MIU ranks to increase the strength of the spells when activated.

And while you're working on "Ranger Review broke things", you are going to give a reminder bump to the script owner for the Ranger-list Dice of Fate, right?
