You've Got Mail! 10/02/2021 11:07 PM CDT
Welcome!

Post offices are now open in Icemule Trace, Teras Isle, River's Rest, Ta'Illistim, Ta'Vaalor, Zul Logoth, Cysaegir, and Kraken's Fall, with more offices in Wehnimer's Landing, Solhaven, and Mist Harbor soon to come!

Check out the new MAIL verb to see just how easy it is to send stuff worldwide!

Sending a parcel is easy. You'll need to:

1) Purchase a parcel.

2) Have something to send.

3) Buy a stampbook and slap a stamp on that parcel.

4) Once you've shut your parcel, you can send it to a friend or foe at your local post office.

Enjoy!

I have yet to play with it, but... "Wow!"

Talk about another GM-slayer that is coming to fruition. :)

Thanks, folks!

First, YAY!

Second, is #2 a requirement? Is it possible to just...mail people empty packages/envelopes just to confuse them?

Wee Sleepy Gnomette's player

From nearby, you hear Vyrshkana yell, "Why I's still drunkifyinged!"
Zicune yells, "Phenomenal cosmic liquir!"
Zicune yells, "Itty bitty drinker!"

Darn. Oh well.

I'll have to come up with some other nefarious plot then.

Is this the best thing to ever come to Gemstone? Quite possibly! I'm simply in love with the system. Huge kudos to everyone who worked on it. And thank you for releasing it prior to EG shops and games opening.

<Is this the best thing to ever come to Gemstone?>

Nope, commas still hold that title.... though it might be the second best.

Any chance the really expensive wax can work with the permifier?

Um, the building for the Post office definitely isn't where the wiki says it should be in RR and I can't find it anywhere else around town....

Per the wiki:
[River's Rest, Underbridge]
(a small wooden structure)

And that is where it is. There are 3 rooms it looks like with that same name, but they're right next to each other.

Nevermind.... was forgetting there's an underbridge on BOTH sides of the drawbridge and the town side one is hidden.....
