Unused Bounty Boosts? How about a Conversion system so you can do what we do with experience? You lose some to gain some. If you have 308 Bounty Waivers and need an Encumbrance Boost instead, why not use Conversion to get X number of Encumbrance Boosts allowed by the system? It seems so simple but it's not yet in place.
