The Premium Contests will continue as-is through the end of this year (2022), and there will be a "Premium Prom" (End of the year event) for those who qualify for it. As a reminder, qualifying for that event means that you have submitted a qualifying entry for 11 of the 12 months that comprise 2022, and you can check your eligibility at the obelisk on FWI.

Beginning in 2023, the Premium Contests will be undergoing a large format change. First and foremost, we will be moving to quarterly Premium Contest "seasons". There will be prompts distributed, the same as always, and their difficulty will not increase. However, all entries must be submitted a Google Form, which will be provided. At the end of the three months, all entries will be reviewed for eligibility (that all required fields were entered per the prompt), and all eligible entries will be entered into a random drawing, from which 30 winners will be chosen. Those 30 winners will receive a prize package via in-game mail (Details to be announced closer to the first of the year). The majority (if not all) of the prizes currently available through the Premium Contest system will be made available for Premium Points when this change goes into effect, and the 2022 Premium Prom will be the last one given.
