Minutes for Tilamaires, day 27 of the month Eoantos in the year 5112.

Members in attendance: Kizalia, Anta, Dreaer, Ranpalandil, Aisalt, Landrat, Ohnus.

Landrat was nominated for the position of Chancellor and Aisalt was nominated for the position of Seneschal. Ohnus announced that as there had been no further nominations the last week for either position and since there was no objections that they would be appointed without a vote.

The winner of the Willow Hall design contest for the solstice ornament was Ohnus. His submission was:

a carved octagram ornament
The general motif of this star polygon is two intertwined squares sharing the same center set at 45° angles. The points formed alternate between black and green in color and encompass the resulting raw wood octagonal center. A single word has been inscribed at the base of each of the points encircling a line of flowing script.

A request for designs of a house tattoo, dart set and amulet holder was sent out earlier in the week. Please submit your design by midnight on 11/30/12 for consideration. Winning designers from each category will receive their choice of prizes from the house closet.
