Scrimge advised that our Willow Hall handbooks are being proofed and completed.
Erdro inquired about membership. His application has been received and forwarded to all officers.
Ranpalandil reported that Willow Hall's coffers held 325,560,072 silvers at his last report. Ohnus purchased prize closet items totaling 1,440,000 silvers and I withdraw 1,000,000 silvers for cash prizes to use with the game night events we plan to start. No dues were collected. Ranpalandil made deposits totaling 400,000 silvers, proceeds from the shops in the Landing and Icemule Trace and 12,500 silvers from the sale of cobbling materials that were cleared from the house vault. Willow Hall closed its coffers on 323,132,572 silvers. The House has a balance of 25 influence points. Please give generously to Willow Hall.
Ohnus reported that the quarterly report was submitted and we should be earning at the least the 2 IPs for each of the months.
Anta was nominated by Kizalia for the position of Branch Guardian. The nomination was seconded by Ranpalandil. Anta accepted the nomination. Ohnus has appointed Anta as Branch Guardian until a vote is held. Nominations are now open for the next week for the position of Branch Guardian.
The annual Willow Hall Solstice Ornament contest is now open. Please submit your entry to one of your officers.
