Meeting minutes for Tilamaires, day 21 of the month Phoenatos in the year 5112.
Members in attendance: Anta, Nattor, Alexys, Ohnus, Kizalia. Special guests and prospective members: Rondora.
Ohnus called the meeting to order.
Ohnus says, "Richaard from white haven sent mail about their event at the end of the year."
Ohnus says, "Told him i would put it out there and see, the weekend is wide open."
Ohnus asks, "Dont think anyone has a problem working with white haven?"
Ohnus says, "'anyone that is interested in hosting a game or such is welcome."
Ohnus says, "Just pass a say along."
Ohnus says, "Nominations for the auditor position will be opened after the meeting."
Ohnus says, "Ranpalandil has expressed interest."
Ohnus says, "The nominations will be left open till th next meeting."
Ohnus says, "If you have interest or care to nominate another see an officer."
Ohnus says, "The bounty helps will be expanded to include icemule on the second and fourth weekends of the month as well."
Ohnus says, "Anyone that cares to attend is welcome."
Kizalia asks, "Are any other houses participating in the bounty help event or just Willow?"
Ohnus says, "Just willow at the moment."
Ohnus says, "But invitations were offered."
Ohnus says, "Onoir and twilight have suggested they would attend."
Ohnus says, "It wont be until the next calendar month."
Alexys says, "I think its a great idea, and glad that other houses have taken interest."
Ohnus says, "And the news will be used a bit."
Ohnus says, "Also going to be holding a game night at the companion park."
Ohnus says, "Any and all are welcome to host if they care."
Kizalia says, "We had a very generous donation from Lady Anghosina to keep the Willow Hall library open for another year."
Anta says, "That was very generous of Anghosina. She was always a sweetheart."
Ohnus then adjourned the meeting.
