New Business:
* The Solstice Ornament Contest is coming up and we are looking for submissions from members! If you are interested, please send your ornament design to gstwilightofficers@googlegroups.com . Normal alteration rules apply, but a long description and a show is allowed for the ornament. Submissions are due by 11/18, and there will be a 48 hour voting period held for the winning ornament, available to all members, to end on 11/20.
* Twilight Hall is looking for a champion in the 2nd Annual World Wide Championship Siegery Battle on 12/5. If you are an interested siegery fan and would like to represent our house, please contact an officer in game or through various channels such as here on the official forums.
* Our 18th Anniversary is just around the corner, next week to be exact! We have lots of fun things planned for the week of Eoantos 9 through the 14th at various times. We have a number of raffles to accompany the events, please see the house calendar ( http://twilight.theyeti.org/calendar.html ) for more details and specific times.
Pending Business:
* The next Teras Tour is tentatively set for Eorgaen, more details to come later.
* Tours have moved again! Our Wehnimer's Landing open house tours and new member inductions will be held an hour before the regularly scheduled meeting times on the first and third Tilamaires of each month, with the tours at 9pm EST and the meetings at 10pm EST.
* The Scarlet Owl (Scarletowl's), our house shop in Wehnimer's Landing, sells charged statues, quartz orbs, blue crystals, as well as chrisms, other magical items and more! It is the large fortress located on the 3rd block of Spinewood Way (lich room 355), and members are welcome to sell their items for a 20% commission to the house coffers. We also have a shop on Teras Isle (Whorten's), the balconied ivory marble store on the 4th block of Khazar Way (lich room 1976). Please contact Allereli or another officer if interested in donating or commissioning an item.
