Following up with the revision reviews:

1. A proposed change to leadership requirements was put forward: “all officers and support officers will be required to host at least one event per the calendar year.” This item is put forward to the House membership at large for consideration and feedback.

In addition to CHE requirements, I agree and confirms active and involved leadership. I think additionally, this should be expanded into active and participatory representation - such as for bardfest, an event at a festival or guest speaking with another organization, where we may not specifically be hosting the actual event. It gives a little more flexibility.
These events can be announced via discord, email or the boards - to identify the event and invite support and participation from the House at large. (ie. I'm representing the OT for Bardfest as a judge, and offering to run my Torture lecture for Frontier Days - neither of which are specifically hosted by OT)

2. Another proposed change was put forth: “Expending of a single influence point will not be subject to consideration or vote of the house membership at large.” This is to streamline the leadership’s ability to post more than one item to the CHE calendar in a month. This item is also put forth to the House membership at large for consideration and feedback.

I'm fine with this myself IF points are being used to entice people to come to events, which is always a bonus. Points to expend for a GALD merchant, for a HOUSE game, or a festival should still be announced officially to the house as a whole.
