Sorry for the delay on this!

We discussed several things at this meeting:

The quarterly report was submitted. The only new request was for a new altar for the blood-letting ceremony. (this has been voted on by the council and confirmed, as well as discussed with membership present on 10/6)

We discussed removing the following characters, as they are under new ownership:

Kelestra, Dryhtnes, Azimar, Xyelin

Several ideas were discussed for events. We do not have anything concretely set yet, as far as I'm aware. I will be submitting an event request for Gem Roulette in the month of December. If anyone else has any ideas, let me or any other appropriate officer know.
