Quarterly Report Open House Meeting October 6 9pm EST 09/29/2017 07:03 PM CDT

There will be an open house meeting on the Day of the Huntress, the 6th day of Jastatos, in the year 5117, at 9 in the evening, Elven Time, in the Obsidian Tower Greatroom. We will be discussing plans for our quarterly report and influence expenditures. All are welcome.

I'll be attending a wedding out of state, and will not be able to attend.

Please be sure that all agendas for membership review are posted here, and logs are sent via email for membership review per charter obligations. Expenditures and IP are subject to house vote first, so we may miss the Q3 opportunity window.

Hey guys, it's been more than a week now and neither the meeting minutes, nor the agenda for the Q3 has been posted here, or by house email. Please don't forget, since this was in the winning charter as one of the responsibilities of the council/officers.
