A partial Council meeting was held last night, attended by High Lord Eoghain, Balance Telare, and Essence Talinvor. Absent were Essence and Warlord. Major points discussed are as follows:

1. Telare has relinquished the Balance Chair for future challenge by interested Tower Dhe'nar.
2. Several internal points of contention were resolved. One point that was drown out is that Alisaire's status as Tower Dhe'nar is no longer in question, nor is the blood testing that occurred last year.
3. A new altar commissioned from Sharath is expected to arrive in the not-too-distant future. Temple Caste Dhe'nar, and all Tower Dhe'nar, will be asked to help with its sanctification. No date has been set for this event.
