Members,

With some delay due to lack of involvement and membership, as well as the vetting of new officers, the Obsidian Council is now ready to be filled again.

As such, these positions are role-models for the Tower. To avoid title-chasing, and to rebuild with truly dedicated people I have linked below what the Council's future expectation should be, as well as an application for members to complete for consideration for a Council Seat.

As the only remaining Council member, it will be my responsibility to ensure that these positions are not taken lightly and help guide the Tower toward growth again.
