Contest Rules & Information

* Each member may submit up to FOUR total designs, by submitting the form twice.

* Each entry must have at least one perfume scent AND one cologne scent.

* The contest will be judged at the House meeting on January 4th and all members in attendance members will get a vote.

* The winner(s) will receive a Certificate entitling them to UNLIMITED refills of their designed scent for personal use and their choice of one of the following other prize closet items:
- Rune painting set (two prepared runestones, inkpot and brush)
- Fishing set (Fishing rod and two lures)
- Strength imbed necklace
- Woodwind instrument (a sinuous pale haon lysard carved with faint scales)
- Surprise! (Officer's Choice)

* Please note that the winning scents will be used as prizes and gifts for future Aspis events!

* Delivery of the scent prize will be delayed as the winning designs will need to be submitted for addition to the prize closet; in addition, all submissions will be subject to Simu QC process and may be tweaked slightly. We will do our best to keep the spirit of your submission intact!

* This contest is open to all members, regardless of account status; if you are not currently active, we will hold your prizes until your return =)
