This Koaratos, the House of the Argent Aspis will be hosting the 20th Annual Bardfest!
Aspis' longstanding annual celebration of Elanthian culture and creativity runs from Koaratos 13th through 15th (7/13 – 7/15), and concludes with the finals on Koaratos 20th (7/20). Everyone is a bard at heart - Share your performance art at Bardfest this year! Argent Aspis has been proud and honored to host this event for 20 years now, and we invite you to become a part of one of the longest-running tales in Elanthia.
Our Grand Prize will be 15 million silvers, and the winner's name will be inscribed for all time on the Bardfest Trophy on display in the Wehnimer's Landing museum, alongside all our past winners.
Runners-up will receive comparable sums and in addition, Argent Aspis has commissioned the services of a talented tailor to work for all finalists over the weekend before Finals night! All attendees are ensured several evenings of the best entertainment Elanthia has to offer.

In the month leading up to Bardfest, Aspis will once again host our Roar into Bardfest event series. Each week of June, be on the lookout for creative storytelling events at the House in Wehnimer's Landing or Ta'Illistim at our Embassy at Seethe Naedal.

Pre-registration for Bardfest is now closed! We are very excited at the performance schedule this year-- it is sure to be a Fest to remember, with many famed performers and plenty of new voices ready to share their art. The number of performers happily warrants the third night of semi-finals, so clear your calendars next week from Monday through Wednesday! You won't want to miss a minute!

At the end of the quiet lane you come upon a high stone wall. Set into the midst of the wall is an elaborate wrought-iron gate. Next to the gate, a polished silver plaque is inset into the stonework. You also see a trail of glittering platinum music notes leading through a gate, a fluttering emerald green banner bearing the silver Argent Aspis crest, a tall oak raffle counter carved with musical notes with some stuff on it, a narrow raffle table draped with silver-edged green silk with some stuff on it, the House Aspis doorkeeper and a heavy slate blackboard.
