Is truestrike potentially bugged with crossbows, or light crossbows specifically? The skill says that it have a RT of attack-1, light crossbow fires in 4 seconds, but it doesn't reduce it. Or is that a feature of their fixed round time?

Also, it seems to interfere with ranger (612) Breeze, which does reduce the RT by 1 otherwise.
