River's Rest: Citizen WPS

Join Celythia at 2 pm ET on December 5, 2021 for River's Rest Citizen WPS services, through the portal that will be placed in the Town Commons. Each person chosen (up to a maximum of 25 unique citizens) may each receive up to 10 WPS services (regular charges apply).

Partial citizens will be eligible if there are not 25 unique citizens.

NOTE: You may only receive this once every six months per character (persists across name changes, so changing a name will not make you re-eligible). If you have received this at any other town citizen WPS event after July 1, 2021, you are not eligible for this event.

Yes, anyone can be a full citizen. It's really just me covering all my bases, in case something bizarre and unexpected happened (or in case I do it for other towns...might as well keep my patter the same!)
