The mail shop in RR is under the bridge in that structure that's been there but closed forever!

Don't forget to DESCRIBE # (where # corresponds to the # in ORDER) for the stampbooks and signets. It will tell you what type of stamp (standard, express, first class - aka 60m, 20m, immediate) as well as any special stamp descriptions. For the signets, you can tell what it will stamp into the wax.
