Architect Istave will be in River's Rest at 7 PM on Wednesday the 11th. He will spin for 5 shops owners, who are citizens of River's Rest, to change one thing in their shop. He will meet everyone interested in the Town Commons. You must be the owner, not a partner.

He charges 250k per service. All normal alterations rules apply, including supplying rare materials in appropriate quantities, if those rare materials are allowed.
