So krolvin have been invading Teras and destroyed the statue.
Rahb (see description below) stated that he'd be willing to see about having the statue fixed, but was curious to know what we want the statue to be going forward.
He's going to set up a box to collect quartz orbs and silver (silver coins to fund the project) to be used in the repair/construction of the statue.
I also think the krolvin may have left due to this messaging: As the Krolvin War Fleet reels in the anchors, they leave the area as quickly as they came. The remaining Krolvin left on land begin running from the shadows towards the boats, but to no avail.

He appears to be a Sylvankind.
He is shorter than average. He appears to be very young. He has heavy-lidded milky blue eyes and ashen skin. He has loose, white hair worn in a ponytail. He has a round face, a bulbous nose and thin lips. He has a mole on the side of his cheek with three pronounced black hairs growing from the center which almost draws attention away from his large paunch.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a flawless diamond pendant suspended by a gold chain, a flowing silk cloak hemmed in fine pearls, a fine silk ivory shirt buttoned with gold-covered pearls, a gold and ivory signet ring, a diamond-studded gold pouch, and some gold filigreed square-toed heels.

Speaking shrilly to you, Rahb says, "I'll ask you, as the speaker for this town. I'm new here, or I would just make it known... do you think we should rebuild it?"
Eklectic says, "I certainly think so."
You say, "Yes, we should definitely rebuild it."

Speaking shrilly to you, Rahb asks, "As the same thing, or... something different?"

Speaking shrilly to Silversoft, Rahb asks, "What do you think? Do you think we should rebuild the statue that Arianiss let be destroyed?"
Silversoft glances at you.
Silversoft says, "Yes."

You say, "It's been destroyed before and has always been the same so I think keeping it the same is the best thing to do."
Silversoft says, "Died along with everyone else."
Silversoft cackles!

Speaking shrilly to Eklectic, Rahb exclaims, "Now you get the idea!"

Rahb shrilly exclaims, "I'll... I do have a box I could fashion into something to collect those quartz orbs I see about town... and we'll need money of course, so many silvers!"

You say, "Hmph."
Rahb shrilly exclaims, "And then we'll figure out how to make this statue the best it can be!"
You say, "Silversoft and I will ask around town to see what the town wants to do."

You say, "With regards to fixing him or building a new statue."
