Tobacco tins from Thurl's Leaf and Drink are bugged and nonfunctional. 03/01/2019 12:48 PM CST

The tobacco tins (list available here: https://gswiki.play.net/Thurl%27s_Leaf_and_Drink#Inventory, every TIN noun) at Thurl's Leaf and Drink should contain tobacco, but they don't. According to my assist, the containers are completely unscripted.

The tins should contain tobacco for rolling into cigars using wraps. And maybe wraps should be sold at this shop, like they are at the Pinefar smoke shop?

By all accounts, the tins are NOT meant to be sold with tobacco. When comparing to other shops selling similar products, the tins sold in other town are nearly twice the price and do contain tobacco. As such, the price of tobacco and tin in our lovely town is meant to be sold separately... to make us as unique as we can be!
