I recently updated the time of day system to have more messaging for the CYsaegir area. The way the system works is that as we move from one period to another, a message can fire based off where you are located. There are six times during the day in which there is messaging - Dawn, Mid-Morning, Noon, Mid-Afternoon, Sunset, and Midnight. Prior to this update there were only a few messages specific to the Cysaegir region, if any at all. Now all six time periods have some new messaging.
