WHERE: There will be a portal in Briarstone Court

This is the first in a series of OOC meetings discussing the look and culture of the non-accessible elven cities.

A portal will be available shortly before the meeting in Briarstone Court by the fountain.

Topics to be discussed are:

city design ~ Layout as well as countryside
architecture ~ style of buildings, materials etc.
exports ~ What types of items would they export and trade with
school system ~ Any ideas on how the young are taught as well as cultural ideas (military, artisans, court life and education, the common citizen etc.)
Cultural Traditions ~ any other cultural traditions, holidays, events

Gathering Procedures ~

GM welcome and overview of the event
GM overview of each topic followed by GM and Player discussion and input.
Everyone is asked to stay on topic within each category and not jump about.
Everyone is asked to accept differences in ideas and look at the different cities and cultures with an open mind.


Note ~ Nothing discussed in these meetings is considered official. This is a forum for players and GM's to come together and share ideas before any official documentation is considered.

With so many ideas about what things are like in the other cities, nothing will be perfectly in tune with everyone's visions. The premise behind these meetings is to gather a general idea of player thoughts on each city and what future documentation may look like.
