Wandering Eye Market - West, through the pavilion

Join Celythia as she travels to Kraken's Fall to provide citizen WPS. Up to 25 unique citizens will be able to receive up to 10 services. However, you cannot have received citizen-based WPS services anywhere else between January - June 2022. She'll be in the Pavilion of the Winterberries, borrowed from the town of River's Rest.
