Attention Zoluren charter army.

By order of General Wordachy, to ensure the continuation and strength of the army, a council is being formed. To ensure dissemination of information, the General humbly requests a new thread be created within the Official and Player-Run Organizations folder where the council members may discuss plans on improving life for the citizens of Crossing. This glorious city has received a bad reputation and it is our plan to restore the luster to the city and its people.

For this to be possible, it is our understanding we need to be sanctioned. How might we go about completing this process? Your aid and time in this matter is grately appreciated.
