Pathways as a guild signature feel a bit underwhelming. They work well mechanically in that as far as I know they are doing what they should be and elemental charge as a battery feels fine, but it feels unclear a lot of the time they are in use if they are actually doing things. I am not sure if this is because they are underwhelming or because there is not any way to "see" them working.

Thoughts/Suggestions?

You can def see a difference in learning when using Pathway Damage. Usually gain an extra mindstate or so per cast when usign FB on multiple mobs. Pathway conserve you can see if you perceive when prepping (or at least could before not sure haven't tried in 3.1). As far as the other I never use them.

The only one I use is accuracy and then only in PvP. TM locks in about 5 minutes or less so I feel no need for damage.

Pathway of quickness is another useful pathway that stays useful even in the high levels. Shaving 2 seconds off target time can come in handy from time to time.
