It only charges per cast not per critter/target - and only once every 10 seconds either positive or negative, or so.

Would domain keep the same timer too?

And would/could this affect the whole room? I know that was the previous idea- and the thought of the mere presence of two Mage's "auras" potentially tearing a room apart competing for dominion of the area could be neat too.
