I miss snapping necks with Ice Patch. Does the messaging still exist? It seems like it'd now be mechanically possible to be both TM and Debilitation.
Anyway, I feel like I've already asked for the following but I'm just going to harp on it:
Can I get a metaspell that adds TM damage to Ice Patch? Hard Ice or something.
Or, just snap necks when my TM (if it had been a TM spell) would trip overkill.
Also, I really want a source of skin damage again.
