Thought I had already posted this idea but maybe my web browser ate it.

The RP for fire/earth warmies is pretty neat. You can take on the aspect of those elements. It would be nice if element RP were extended to the other 4. I was thinking via a cantrip that would change the aesthetic nature of current spells.

You concentrate on aligning the matrices of your current spellbase to reflect your icy nature.

Spells that are naturally opposite would not be effected, MOF, FB etc. Spells that are peripheral to alignment would take on a icy flair. I.e- AEG, instead of a stony visage would be an icy one, anther's call would be grasping hands of ice, Aether lash turns into an icy whip.

If you wanted to take it a step farther you could make it an actual spell that transfers elemental damage from one element to another (maybe with a reduction in overall damage, I dunno)

So aether damage turns into frost and so on, depending on the cast.
