So, I recently got mantle of flame, but I'm unable to complete the ritual to cast it.

I have around 200 in Arcana and Aug (with the mastery feat).

When I go invoke the crimson pouch focus, I get this message:

Your crushed scheelite design erupts, transforming into a pattern of vivid and fiery lines!
The mana-reactive crushed scheelite burns with power, but some flaw in your ritual's design prohibits it from feeding the spell pattern.

When the prep completes, it doesn't contribute to my harness, and thus, I can't cast the spell.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I've tried over thirty times.

Anyone have any ideas?

That's the Arcana check failing, iirc. It's been a while since I brought a character through being able to cast a ritual spell but I think it was 200 to 250 ranks when you're able to start doing it. Try having a Moon Mage cast Artificer's Eye on you and test again, maybe.

Just tried it with Artificer's Eye. Still failed. I guess it needs more than 200 ranks + the bonus from AE.

I was hoping it was a hard 200 requirement to make the ritual work, but it appears that the arcana check requires more than 200 ranks. I'll keep trying to cast it every five or so, so we can get a good read on the actual arcana requirement to utilize a ritual focus (epedia right now has it as 50% success rate at 80 ranks, which can't be right with what I'm seeing).

Quick question... are you actually a Warrior Mage? If not then it's failing because it's signature.
