Warrior Mage spell durations and Elanthipedia 09/09/2015 04:39 PM CDT

Need a Warrior Mage(s) to help complete the spell durations on a few Warrior Mage spells on Elanthipedia. You just need to cast the spells at minimum prep and maximum prep and perceive the durations. In the event that a spell doesn't have a perceiveable duration posting that will help as well. Post the durations here on the forums so we can update epedia or edit the spell pages themselves by clicking the Edit with Form tab at the top of the spell page. Then just enter the duration in minutes in the boxes provided on the form.

Fortress of Ice gives the duration as "less than one anlas" at min prep and "less than 2 anlaen" at max prep. So I put in <30 and <60 minutes for min and max duration, respectively.

Magnetic Ballista lasts 10 minutes max, but you can increase that to 20 with the reinforce stone cantrip. I added that at the bottom of the note section.

If you feel industrious you could time them to get a more accurate value. I'm still a ways away from being able to cast that spell myself or I would do it. I would guess that it's of the 10 to 40 minute variety despite the vague messaging.

Also try checking the spell window, it gives flat numbers rather than the estimates PERC does.

I suspect Fortress of Ice doesn't appear in that window, much like other room based effects like Zephyr or a non-invoked Shadowling.
