Love this spell :). It reminds me of the beginning of Lord of the Rings: Fellowship when Sauron dies.

You tap into the mana from ten of the surrounding streams and add it to the great amount already streaming around you.
Roundtime: 3 seconds
R>
Gauntlet Champion Phandanqwz just arrived.
>inh
A gusty but warm breeze continues to swirl around you.
>
Tail lashing, a young forest gryphon pounces playfully at a moonbeam.
>
* A young forest gryphon rakes a set of large, sharp claws at you. You evade.
[You're nimbly balanced and in good position.]
>
* A young forest gryphon rears, buffeting its wings at you. You turn aside the wings with a silver-edged katar.
[You're nimbly balanced and in better position.]

[You're nimbly balanced and have slight advantage.]
>
You take in a great breath of air.
>exh
You slowly and deliberately empty your filled lungs.
>cast
You gesture.
The mana you were holding contributes to the spell.
The breeze in the area abruptly dissipates.

Suddenly the breeze from the Zephyr spell returns, drawn tightly around you by your spell matrix and swirling stronger than before. Harnessing the winds to your will, you throw your hand up and a gale explodes outward! Your Veil of Ice and Mantle of Flame are blown apart by the fierce winds, sending a shower of razor-sharp ice shards and bolts of brightly burning fire hurtling through the air in all directions!

A young forest gryphon is hit by a roiling wall of fire and ice!
The shards of ice and fiery bolts strike a young forest gryphon, shredding and searing its skin!
The young forest gryphon is knocked completely senseless!
A young forest gryphon is hurled east!

A young forest gryphon is hit by a roiling wall of fire and ice!
The shards of ice and fiery bolts strike a young forest gryphon, shredding and searing its skin!
A young forest gryphon collapses into a lifeless mound of fur and feathers.
A young forest gryphon is hurled west!

The winds strike some copper coins, some bronze coins, a silver coin, a massive silver nugget, a small turquoise stone, some copper coins, a bronze coin, a medium green zircon, some smoked goblin tongue, some bronze coins, and several other items, blowing them out of sight!
>
Gauntlet Champion Phandanqwz just went east.
>
An acrid, burning smell comes from the direction of a tiny fiery fissure.
>l
[The Western Road, Big Meadow]
The road crosses the eastern and higher end of a big clearing. One may well stray off the road, but at least there's no danger of walking into a tree. You also see a tiny fiery fissure.
Obvious paths: east, west.
>
You feel fully attuned to the mana streams again.
>
A small tongue of fire licks out along the edges of a tiny fiery fissure.
>
A young forest gryphon stalks in, its cat-slitted eyes scanning the area warily.
>
Sauliviauroa just arrived.
>
Sauliviauroa just went west.
>
Gauntlet Champion Phandanqwz just arrived.
>
The young forest gryphon begins to advance on Phandanqwz.
>
Phandanqwz says, "that was cool"
>
Phandanqwz chuckles.
>chuck
You chuckle.

Does this not affect PCs?

It does but they have to be facing you in combat.

This spell needs a cast area option. Also, it should really take people out of hiding if you see them fly out of the room.

This.

I gotta think 2 steps ahead of thieves cause my perception is embarassing. When I get lucky enough to catch them with an AOE, it rarely yanks them out of hiding. Frostbite...I can see that. If you want to freeze to death and just be quiet, you can still stay in hiding.

Getting flung into a different room though...and they end up with a stun RT...staying hidden is a little harder to sell me on.
