After a review of WM spells there have been some minor adjustments and a few bug fixes.

The current list of Signature spells is as follows:

Aether Cloak
Substratum
Ethereal Fissure
Elementalism
Grounding Field
Chain Lightning
Dragon's Breath
Mantle of Flame
Ignite
Mark of Arhat
Frostbite
Veil of Ice
Fortress of Ice
Magnetic Ballista
Aegis of Granite
Ring of Spears
Paeldryth's Wrath
Thunderclap
Blufmor Garaen

Also, a few spells have had changes in their slot costs.

Aether Cloak - from 1 to 2
Fire Rain - from 1 to 2
Frostbite - from 3 to 4
Shockwave - from 3 to 4
Swirling Winds - from 2 to 3
Vertigo - from 2 to 3
Blufmor Garaen - from 4 to 3

And finally a few other minor changes.

Aether Cloak requires Veil of Ice now.
Frostbite can no longer reduce a target's fatigue all the way to 0.
Veil of Ice no longer requires Aether Cloak.
Ring of Spears has had some messaging tweaks done.

I think that covers just about everything that was been done, though I don't deny the possibility that I've forgotten to mention something. These changes are live in all instances as of a few minutes ago.
