Study S'kra scim

with no skill

As you study the scimitar, you can't tell which end of each sigil is up.

With your skill, you can tell nothing of the spell or ability enhancing this weapon.

with some skill

As you study the scimitar you see that the ice sigil, the target sigil, and the scyth sigil have all been inscribed into the blade in such a manor as to cast a frost scyth randomly as the blade is swung.

With the amount of skill you have, you can't tell for certain how often such a spell will be cast.

With lots of skill

As you study the scimitar you note that the cut of the sigils must of been carved by a four fingered hand, such as a S'kra mur would have. The ice sigil was carved first, giving the weapon freezing properties upon striking. This is an innate ability the blade now possesses.

The target sigil is pressed into the metal above the ice sigil, allowing the inherent properties of the blade to be thrown at a target the blade has recently struck.

The third sigil appears to be of a blade which would force any spell leaving the blade to form in the shape of a scyth.

The last sigil apears to be a comprised of two rune letters, S and K. Boy, someone has an ego complex.

The scimitar will most likely cause Ice damage every other strike, while it may cast frost scyth every tenth or twelvth strike.

No matter how much you have, it may result in a small pulse to lore skill.
