May not be something fixable or worthwhile to fix, considering the number of them out there, but I thought I'd bring this up.

If you cast ignite on the blade, it works fine, no problems. If you change the size of the blade, the spell remains active, but the fire damage no longer appears. Even if you change the blade back to the original size when the ignite spell was cast, the fire damage no longer appears. The only option is to release the spell and recast.
