So apparently if you cast Arc Light at someone/something repeatedly, the wounds stack until they stop at deep cuts but the bleeder will get worse every time. We managed to cap it out at massively in testing.

On top of that, if you then attack the bleeding part, the bleeder will drop back down to slight.
