1st Circle Thief Protection?? 04/14/2004 03:04 PM CDT

Hello all,

I am still first circle, but have enough ranks in all but trading to make circle 10, I have 4 gold in the bank.

Does this make me open now for theives? I was sticking at 1st for a while so I wouldnt have to worry about them.

I was in the music shop buying some bones and noticed my 190 coin was gone, the thief just said hello and stole me bones so I suppose we are even. Although it took me by surprise.

you loose your protection after you are no longer a novice. I think it is 20 ranks in a single skill.

heh I remember back when a large portion of the population thought only thieves could steal gems. There I was with a moon mage title, so it couldn't have been me.

thanks, makes sense, I had just hit rank 20 in teaching prior to going to the shop. Might as well go circle now I suppose. ;-)

contracts will pay more if you circle. Even though you're immune to theives, you're prolably losing money in the long run if you dont circle.
