starlight and rune/scroll question 11/25/2019 01:53 PM CST

So I have been wondering about whether piercing gaze from a moon mage would help us. I am still figuring out the whole starlight aura thing, but I'm curious if being able to pierce through cloud cover would help us at all. and if so, does it come in rune or scroll form? to be rub prepped, or able to study?

It is on a scroll, but it doesn't help. Noumena is your piercing gaze.

What Shift3 said. Besides, Noumena is a beginning spell and will train and function for quite a long while- especially if you combine it with Avtalia Array!

Thank you. I do use noumena, just didn't know if the little extra from pg could help.
