I was able to replicate the bug with the caravan not leading from Dirge to Tiger Clan. I'll try leading from Dirge to Wolf Clan tomorrow.

I did just have another thought: The Dirge outpost is labeled Stable, and apparently caravans are just a bit buggy outside stables. Would this have anything to do with it?

Is it intended that the only path to Leth is from crossing? In the original announcement, the only 'quirks' wrt Leth was needing to stop in leth when headed south to the gondola from crossing / headed to crossing from the gondola.
