I have a friend who bought a house and she has been buying furniture and other trapping but it is only one room what if a "construction company" starts and can make other rooms like a basment living room dining room guest bedrooms etc they could also make repairs on the house etc and this can really get some plats out of player hands because it can be done many times with different rooms and the construction company can charge a pretty good amount to do this job. This is just a suggestion i don't know if it is even feasible but it might work.
